For the best possible massage experience, you’re welcome to bring comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement - stretchy or loose-fitting attire is recommended. If you prefer, standard Thai massage uniforms can also be provided for your convenience.

Yes. Please inform the receptionist or practitioner of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or sensitivities before your service begins.
Certain medical conditions, such as recent surgery, cancer, high blood pressure, or heart disease, may not be compatible with certain service. It is your responsibility to consult with your medical doctor regarding any concerns and to notify us. -
We generally do not recommend massage during pregnancy. However, if service is requested, guests must be past their first trimester. In some cases, we may offer a gentle relaxation massage based on individual comfort. Please note that deep pressure services are not provided for pregnant guests. Bookings made during the first trimester may be cancelled upon arrival, and a cancellation fee will apply.
We would also like to kindly inform you that Lamai Thai Massage is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only, which may be an important consideration during pregnancy.

We do not have a dedicated parking lot. However, we are conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Lawrence Station. Parking availability in the surrounding area may vary, including nearby Green P parking lots and metered street parking options.

No, you do not need to make a separate reservation for the restaurant. Your dining arrangement is already included as part of the package. Simply check in at Lamai Thai Massage on the day of your visit
Please note that the package includes the massage service prior to the dining, and the duration stated in the package refers to the massage service time only.

We kindly ask that you arrive prior to your appointment time to allow sufficient time for check-in and preparation. We also recommend completing the intake forms before your arrival. If the forms have not been completed in advance, please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete them in person.

If you are running late, please contact us. Depending on your arrival time, we may be unable to extend or delay your services. In such cases, your service time may be shortened to ensure our practitioner remains on schedule for the next guest’s reservation, and the full service fee will still apply.

Yes. We kindly request that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment for any reason (including illness), will result in the full-service amount being charged to the credit card on file.

To provide the utmost comfort and relaxation of all guests, children under 8 years old, including infants, are not permitted in the facility. Guests under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

No. We are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and safe environment. Inappropriate behavior toward staff or guests will not be tolerated.

To maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere for all guests, we kindly request that mobile phones be kept on silent mode at all times. We also ask that conversation volumes be kept low while socializing with friends or loved ones, particularly in service areas, corridors, and shared spaces. Please be mindful of other guests who may be seeking rest and relaxation.

Yes. We welcome group reservations for birthdays, bridal gatherings, wellness events, corporate sessions, and other special occasions. Please contact us for more information or to make a booking at https://www.lamaithaimassage.ca/group-bookings.

A group consists of 5 or more. Please note that our facility can only fit up to 12 guests at time through a mix of various massage services. Should your party be more than 12 people, the group will need to be split up.

Yes. Group bookings require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total services amount to confirm the reservation. For bookings made within 7 days of the appointment date, full prepayment is required.

Group booking cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the appointment date. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are non-refundable but will be issued as a credit for a future visit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
